In order to address a significant issue of unbooked calls with other call center providers picking up the phone for the owners' very own plumbing company, United Call Center Solutions was established. Feeling frustrated as you have to endure call after call from call center personnel who aren't even trying to book the call or follow the scripts correctly. To answer calls exclusively for the skilled trades sector, we made the decision to launch our own call center.
